Carolyn Hedley is the lead consultant
and founder of EcoIMPACT SPORTS.
With 22 years experience, working in civil & environmental engineering and sustainability project management, Carolyn specialises in helping sports to adapt to climate and environmental challenges and to develops strategies to capitalise on the opportunities that going green can bring.
For 15 years Carolyn was the Environment and Sustainability Manager with the national governing body Scottish Golf, providing leadership, advisory and project management support to clubs and facilities. She collaborated on many industry initiatives and contributed to sustainability programmes at events such as The Open and the Ryder Cup.
Carolyn also enjoys inspiring action through education and training and was a non-executive Director on the Board of the Greenkeepers Training Committee.
To make real progress, partnership working is vital, and Carolyn has developed strong relationships with many Sports and Environment sector organisations over her career.
EcoIMPACT SPORTS works in partnership with a network of technical experts and government organisations to get the best support to our clients.
